New CEO for Swedish Shipowners' Association
20 February 2017

Rikard Engström will be new CEO for the Swedish Shipowners' Association.
After more than three years as president of the association, Pia Berglund, for family reasons, has decided to go down in time, and thus leave the CEO position. New CEO from June 16 will be Rikard Engström, currently vice president of the association. Pia will continue to work in the association and take the role of vice president on the same date.
The Board is pleased with the development of the association, the current CEO's performance and look forward to working to strengthen the Swedish Maritime competitiveness under new management responsibilities. To maintain the current management team has been a priority for the Board.
